B. Paused Power Snatch (below knee) – Build to a tough triple


2 sets:
3 minutes Assault Bike @75% (include several surges for 10-15-sec)
3 minutes Assault Bike (gradually increase pace every minute starting at around 80%)
3 minutes Rest
