A. Hang Snatch + Overhead Squat – Build to a tough complex of 1+1.2+2.3+3 (complex goes as follows, hang snatch, overhead squat, drop bar reset, hang snatch double, overhead squat double, drop and reset, hang snatch triple, overhead squat triple – most probably only going to get one attempt at this, maintain positions and technique)

B. Back Squat – 2, 1, 2, 1; Rest 2-3 minutes (Aim to go heavier than the tough double two weeks ago)

Run 800m
50 Dumbbell Hang Clean and Jerk (50/35)*
50 Dumbbell Walking Lunges (50/35)**
Run 800m

*Partition and switch 5/5 throughout
**Hold Dumbbell anyway (similar to 19.3 step-up standard)
