1 – Single Unders (forwards and backwards)
2 – Assault Bike
3 – Step-Ups (regular and lateral)
4 – Row
5 – Shuttle Runs (forwards, backwards and lateral)
6 – Kettlbell Complex 3-5/side (KB Snatch + 2 Overhead Lunge L/R + 2 Overhead Squats) @18-35-lbs

Throughout the two minute intervals vary the movements and directions on the Shuttle Runs, Step-Ups and Single Unders – challenge your movement
