1 – Assault Bike
2 – Bear/Crab Crawl
3 – Row
4 – Forward/Reverse Walking Lunges
5 – Ski Erg or Jog
6 – Dumbbell Bear Complex (light)*

*Perform the sixth station on the dumbbells just for 60-sec and then rest 60-sec before moving back to station one

20 minutes movement work (refer to movement suggestions from the last four weeks and do what you need to work on)
