*Important for you to start identifying movements that you struggle with and why you struggle with them – use the available coaching through Facebook and posting videos to help you figure this out. The deeper your understanding is on this the more potential results you’ll be able to elicit
Training Notes
Try and switch off from phones and distraction through the aerobic piece, if you can get outdoors then this is ideal. In terms of movement practice look at the movements and skills that you find difficult and try to identify why that is, it will take a bit of work to do this but will create long term success in your athleticism.
