A. Power Snatch + Hang Snatch – 1x(1+3), 2x(1+2), 3x(1+1); Rest 2 minutes
B. Back Squat – Build to a tough set of five for the day (not a true 5RM, you’ll be doing this for three weeks with the aim of hitting a 5RM in three weeks)
