Cyclical Recovery Work
45-60 minutes working though Row/Ski/Assault Bike individually or in a combination with at least 5 minutes of work on each machine per set (for example 3×5 minutes on each)
Make sure the pace is at 70% this should be easy enough to hold a conversation and stay fairly relaxed, avoid anything more than 25 s/m Row/ 30 s/m Ski and 45/50 RPM Bike
